ADU plan questions
How much do ADU plans cost?+
Pricing depends on size and complexity (new build vs. garage conversion). We give a fixed quote at your free consultation, no surprises. As a guide, our Pre-Made ADU package starts at $2,000 and Custom single-story ADUs start at $3,500.
How long does it take?+
Pre-made, permit-ready plans can be ready to submit in as little as one week. Custom ADUs and additions take longer, depending on site measurements and how quickly we get your feedback on the draft.
Do you handle permitting?+
We produce permit-ready drawings and coordinate Title-24. You or your contractor submit to the city; we revise the set until it's accepted.
Are revisions included?+
Yes. Revisions are included until your building department accepts the set. City plan-check corrections are part of the process.
